Provenance  Wherever possible we buy from local farmers, growers and suppliers:  seasonal vegetables – Total Produce (Bristol Wholesale Fruit Centre, Albert Crescent); fresh fish – Kingfisher Brixham;  meat – Buxton Butchers, Winterbourne, NE Bristol; Valley Smokehouse, Axbridge; Spanish olives and other deli items – Degusta, Whitehouse St;  cheese and our free-range eggs – Cheddar From Cheddar (The Old Red House Farm, Stratton on the Fosse);  delicious falafel, laffa wraps and herb flatbreads – Abu Noor (around the corner at Wadehur Industrial Park St, St Philips Rd);  bread – The Proper Bread Company (Montpelier). Where we can, cakes, pastas and breads are made fresh on site.
